This is the latest iteration of the 2-3-5 Reverb unit, this time monophonic with an instrument input, footswitch and most importantly, a brand new decay function. Enclosed in a 2HE rack case, this includes all the usual features such as the 2-3-5 control to switch between different reverb sounds and the separate wet/dry controls to really shape the character of the effect.
The decay is essentially a simple gate for when the reverb tail is simply too long, of course this can also be used as an effect in and of itself as heard on countless drum tracks from the 80s and beyond. As can be heard here, the signal can also be delayed slightly at the shortest setting to create a totally unique sound.
